1.These Terms and Conditions guide the MYO-T12 Satisfaction Guarantee and Money-Back Guarantee program; your election to purchase MYO-T12 under these programs is your specific consent that you have read, understand and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2.Upon consenting to make this purchase, you will be charged, at the time of your initial purchase, a single payment consisting of US$99.98, representing the regular purchase price for a single one-month supply of MYO-T12, plus a one-time shipping and processing fee of US$12.95, plus any applicable taxes depending on your state or city of residence.

3.If you have a ‘COUPON CODE’, enter this in the Shopping Cart, and the system will automatically calculate the appropriate discount, which is the actual amount you will be charged.

4.You will have 30 days from the date of your initial purchase to decide if you are satisfied with MYO-T12, and you agree to use MYO-T12 as directed (one scoop daily, approximately 8 to 12 hours prior to any planned fitness or workout routine, if possible). If at the end of this 30 day period you are not satisfied with your results from MYO-T12, you must call our Customer Service Department at 877-589-6820 to request a refund. Upon your call, our Customer Service Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), and an address where you must send back to us any unused portion of your MYO-T12 in its original can. You will have an additional 30 days from the issuance of your RMA to return your unused product to us. You MUST write the RMA number prominently on the outside of your return shipment to us. If we receive this return within this 30 day return period, we will credit back to you the full purchase price billed in your original payment, less and shipping and handling charges. All refunds under our Money-Back Guarantee will ONLY be made as a credit to the original credit/debit card you used to make your initial payment. If, within this additional 30 day return privilege period we do NOT receive back your unused product, you will forfeit the credit for your original payment and your original charge will stand. Your purchase of MYO-T12 is your express consent to these terms, privileges, and responsibilities, including the possible forfeiture of a refund on your first payment if you do not abide by these terms and conditions. Any return of unused product is to be made at your expense to the address provided to you by our Customer Service Representative. Our return department is NOT allowed to accept any ‘return to sender’ packages or any packages without the RMA number written prominently on the outside of the return package. If you do not adhere to these conditions, your return will not be accepted and you will not be credited a refund. It is your responsibility to read, understand and abide by these terms to access any refund.

5.These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time in our sole discretion, without notice; however the terms and conditions in effect at the time of your initial payment will prevail.
